This kick off meeting to meet in person with partners and to set up of work plan, to determine how communication is going to take place, allocation of task groups, structure the activities, distribute the roles and responsibilities, to define and select target groups and its segments. Determine logistics, methods, indicators. Technical preparations, identify resources. Identify exceptional needs for disabled participants, organization of project teams in each partner country. Any changes in relation to the initial event
Originally was organised to be held in Sofia / Bulgaria. Due to Covid restrictions, UK participants were unable to travel to Bulgaria. Turkey was open to all project partners. Consultant to change the location with our project advisor and the change was approved. 1 participant from Champions Factory and all participants from BAIS tested positive for COVID so they could not travel. With the permission of our project supervisor we were able to transfer these missing participants places to the next activity
