They are always forced to adapt in the current conditions of social and professional development without clear guidance and sufficient support. Sadly, most of the time they are isolated and have lack of opportunities to become part of the community. These young people usually are not provided with the chance to meet and socialise with their peers without disabilities.

This funding programme is a great opportunity for consortium to carry out its activities in this field by building new small collaborations increase their capacities to reach more young generation with disabilities and fewer opportunities.
